GAVS' business methods and culture follow the GAVS RITE Way:
Respect for the individual: Humility and Respect for the individual drives how we deal with our clients and employees. As an organization we are fully aware that we are nothing but for our clients who have entrusted us with their business and our colleagues who make GAVS the company it is. GAVS is committed to deal with all our clients and our employees as individuals and with utmost empathy and respect. We believe that if we are able to create a group of stable and motivated employees, we shall have a group of satisfied clients, and this will be something that we shall always be mindful of.
Integrity: It is our core belief that before we become a company, we are individuals, and the only thing that defines us as individuals is our Integrity. It will be our endeavor to never compromise our Integrity in our personal or professional interactions.
Technological Innovation: GAVS has been in the fore front of technology from our very inception. GAVS has invested heavily in technology beyond its size and is committed to develop strong technology based solutions and innovate for its clients. GAVS will endeavor to use technology to improve client productivity and work towards a shared partnership model.
Engage: GAVS has found that its success has been dependent on true engagement with its clients, and employees. Engagement leads to empathy, the key ingredient to all successful relationships. GAVS has been successful in bringing on board ex-clients to lead engagements, while retaining key employees and leaders for over 5 plus years. GAVS has worked with clients for long periods of time and most of our clients have been through referral. It is this spirit of Engagement & Empathy that have been its recipe for success and we shall abide by it.

GAVS was formed in the late nineties by two entrepreneurs who brought with them their experiences from the real-time information sharing and financial background – Reuters and Forex Trading. GAVS had created a foreign exchange management software that worked on real-time data. This product was later licensed to Reuters. Subsequently GAVS was invited by StorageTek (the largest Storage Device Manufacturer) to develop a particular product for their field sales. This was a great success and since 1998 GAVS has been engaged with StorageTek (now Sun) and has been working in various areas of application development, customer support, and so on.

GAVS has been working with some key clients including Frontier Airlines, Hunter Douglas, I H S, Johns Manville, Lisi Aerospace, Reuters—clients who are leaders in their own fields. It is testament to the competency, leadership and commitment that is resident within GAVS and the vision that is shared by the leadership at GAVS to make a Big Small Company.

It is GAVS’ vision to galvanize success within all of its clients’ engagements through a committed team, innovative technology, and creating relevant solutions. GAVS focuses to become a virtual extension of its clients IT division and work towards making their client’s successful.

GAVS is a strong technology company with focus towards Remote Infrastructure Management, Independent Hardware Validation, Mobile Enablement, and Testing.

In 2007, Basil Partners—a PE firm that primarily invests in technology companies in the India-US corridor, found GAVS’ RIM offering quite unique and has come in as a key investor, offering the company a platform to take advantage of Basil’s client and portfolio companies’ eco system.
