- Ensuring compliance with our customers' reporting and process
standards
- Reviewing implementation of Quality frameworks and best practices
- Reviewing value addition / measurable business accruing from
the engagement
- Identifying project risks and implementing risk mitigation processes
- Sharing best practices and relevant industry trends with the
customer
