The Challenge
Though the company had implemented eWorks, its
Expenditure Authorization Workflow application (AFE) provided inflexible, generic workflows that were not division-specific.
The expenditure approval process was therefore carried out through
a series of manual steps that caused delays.
The Solution
After studying the existing application and analyzing the actual
flows for expenditure authorization, we developed a web-based, customizable
and scalable solution that tracks the routing process for each request.
The Impact
Not only has current approval time decreased dramatically, the reusable
templates employed by the solution can be used to make future changes
easily and quickly.
